Our resources
EH Topic pages
Our topic pages introduce the reader to important and emerging environmental public health issues through a curated list of NCCEH and external resources.
Evidence Reviews
Our evidence reviews are motivated by our ongoing assessment of knowledge translation needs and gaps in environmental health practice and policy. These documents uses a semi-systematic literature review process to capture and then synthesize the relevant academic and grey literature.
Field Inquiry
Our field inquiries address emerging environmental public health issues raised by practitioners. Each inquiry undergoes expert consultation to understand the context, a rapid literature review to capture the existing evidence, and a review of existing guidance to understand the various potential approaches.
Guidance Documents
Our guidance reviews help environmental health professionals to contextualize evidence and identify relevant best practice recommendations, guidance, and tools in emerging subject areas. These documents summarize existing recommendations and guidelines from across multiple agencies and are produced via rapid reviews of academic and grey literature, expert consultation, and cooperation with external partners.
